Submission of abstract through the website is now open
Closing date for submission of abstract: 22nd September 2024, 23:59 pm , IST
Award paper with manuscript 22nd September, 23:59 pm , IST
Manuscript is a must for award paper 22nd September, 23:59 pm , IST
All abstracts must be submitted online through the website

Abstract Review & Selection

All the submitted abstracts will be reviewed and scored by the Scientific Committee and accepted for an oral or poster presentation.
The review committee will look into
1. Novelty of the research idea
2. Relevance/Rationale of the study
3. Objective(s) of the study
4. Appropriateness of methods used
5. Presentation of the results, in keeping with the objectives set
6. Conclusions justified based on interpretations of results.
All Abstracts will be checked for plagiarism.
Presenters for Oral/Poster presentation will be informed about the date and time of the session and presentation guidelines will be provided.
All communications will be with the corresponding author alone.

Interventional Case Submission Guidelines

All cases must be submitted online.
The scientific committee will review the cases and the cases selected for presentation will be intimated to the presenter.
Each Presentation should be accompanied by a PPT of the case. This should include Introduction, case operator details (1st slide) and Take Home Message (last slide)
Videos should be in mpeg4 (mp4) format.
Please embed the video. (In .pptx format, videos are automatically embedded).
Please loop the videos.
Restrict the size of the presentation to less than 400 MB.
One slide should contain the details of the hardware used.
The case presenter should have been actively assisting/performing the presented procedure.
